Prices subject to change without notice
Pets are $10 additional per day up to two pets. Each additional pet is $10 per day. Full payment is due at time of reservation for peak season rentals, May-Sept. Otherwise a 50% deposit will hold your reservation. Cancellations will result in a return of your deposit if we can re-rent those dates. The re-rented portion less a $50 fee will be refunded by check within 5 days. A security deposit of $100 for a weekend rental and $150 for a week rental is required, and is refunded by check within 5 days of your departure provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning charges to be deducted.
